Reduce LDL cholesterol with the use of yellow fruits  

Bananas are a great source of dietary fiber, particularly soluble fiber, which can help reduce the absorption of cholesterol into the bloodstream. Incorporating bananas into your diet can be a tasty way to help keep your cholesterol levels in check. 

Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that may help to reduce the inflammation associated with high cholesterol levels. Although bromelain's direct effect on cholesterol levels needs more research, its anti-inflammatory properties are beneficial. 

Mangoes are rich in fiber, vitamins, and plant compounds with antioxidant properties. The fiber content helps to reduce the overall absorption of cholesterol in the gut, while antioxidants help to reduce oxidative stress, which is linked to lower cholesterol levels.

Starfruit is low in calories but high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. It is another yellow fruit that can contribute to a diet aimed at lowering high cholesterol levels, although it should be consumed cautiously by those with kidney problems due to its oxalic acid content.
