Congressional delegation All 17 Pennsylvania U.S. House incumbents are seeking reelection and face at least one primary or fall opponent. All 17 incumbents were reelected two years ago after court-ordered redistricting after the 2020 Census showed a 9-8 Democratic edge. In Allegheny County, freshman U.S. Rep. Summer Lee faces Bhavini Patel in the Democratic primary and a Republican in November.

In a district Democrats hope to flip, a contest north of Philadelphia might show suburban abortion dominance. Centrist Republican U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick faces a primary opponent who opposes abortion and rape/incest exclusions.

The GOP primary for the fall election against Lehigh Valley Democratic U.S. Rep. Susan Wild is three-way. Wild won its previous two by single-digits. After being repeatedly attacked, Scranton Democrat Rep. Matt Cartwright has no primary opponent, but a Republican may oppose him in November

Six Democrats are on the primary ballot in York County Republican U.S. Rep. Scott Perry's district, where Trump worked to overturn his 2020 election loss. Democrats are targeting Perry this year due of his leadership in the ultra-right Freedom Caucus in Congress and his close reelection bids over the past six years.

Statewide row offices After his victory as governor two years ago, Shapiro selected his protege Michelle Henry to fill the state attorney general position until the end of the year. She's not pursuing job retention.

Five Democrats are running for the nomination: Philadelphia attorney Keir Bradford-Grey, Allegheny County state Rep. Eugene DePasquale, former prosecutor and Bucks County solicitor Joe Khan, Philadelphia state Rep. Jared Solomon, and Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer.

York County District Attorney Dave Sunday and Delaware County state Rep. Craig Williams are running as Republicans. Sunday won his party's endorsement, while Williams has led House Republicans' efforts to impeach progressive Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner.

Philadelphia state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta and Lehigh County Controller Mark Pinsley are the Democrats running against DeFoor for auditor general in November. Kenyatta placed third in the 2022 Democratic Senate primary won by John Fetterman. The GOP primary has no challenger for state treasurer Garrity.
