Billie Eilish unveils third album, 'Hit Me Hard and Soft'

Billie Eilish has at long last disclosed information regarding her forthcoming third studio album.

Eilish's first album since the Grammy-nominated "Happier Than Ever" album, which was released in 2021, will be titled "Hit Me Hard and Soft."

On multiple occasions, Eilish has expressed her desire for her audience to connect with the album as a comprehensive listening experience, preferably being engulfed from the beginning to the end.

The song "Hit Me Hard and Soft" was written by Eilish and her brother Finneas, who is also responsible for producing the upcoming album. Finneas is Eilish's typical collaborator.

The couple experienced a lucrative awards season earlier this year, with Eilish's mournful ballad from the "Barbie" movie, "What Was I Made For?" garnering Grammy Awards for song of the year and best music written for visual media as well as an Academy Award for best original song.

The 22-year-old singer who is best known for her hits "Bad Guy" and "Therefore I Am" has been vocal about her dedication to environmental problems. She has announced that she will release "Hit Me Hard and Soft" on the same day, with the same track listing, across all digital platforms and physical formats, using materials that are 100% recyclable.

During an interview with Billboard, Eilish recently made some remarks that caused a lot of people to raise their eyebrows. In those remarks, she pointedly called out musicians that produce different vinyl versions of their songs to juice sales

According to Eilish, who soon clarified her position on social media, "I wasn't singling anyone out, these are industry-wide systemic issues." Some people believed that she was referring to Taylor Swift, who is known for having multiple releases with different artists.
